“ I just moved on this side of town and this was my first time visiting this smiths location. I was a little apprehensive because I loved my store in Spring Valley. The store was very clean and organized , all the the staff was kind and helpful. I would like to highlight a special staff member, Angie at self checkout, who went above and beyond assisting me. I was having difficulty with my mobile app and she was extremely kind and patient. 5 Gold stars! ”
“ Yesterday Sunday my wife fell from her ebike in front of Smiths because her seat gave way and lost her balance and fell breaking her foot in particular her fibula. It looked very painful with her foot pretty badly twisted. We would like to thank Maggie, River and Sheryl from Smiths for their assistance and compassion and prayers on the day of the Lord ! We cant thank you enough to.stay with her protecting her from the sun, talking to her and calling the ambulance until I showed up. Besides the obvious pain and a long recovery, shell be fine ! Clean with quick service despite being very busy it IS the only supermarket in Southern Highlands and fair prices. Staff is always very friendly, too, though I prefer a human to those error prone roboregisters any day. ”
